At Andrea Iyamah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, offering a 14-day window for returns on eligible full-price items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at the designated courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
